We are a small family-owned business located in Pecan Plantation, TX. There are more pecans than we can consume, so we wanted to share them with you. We have a combination of Cheyenne, Kiowa and Pawnee varieties.
We crack ’em and freeze them and then roast ’em when we can. Cracked pecans are capable of staying frozen up to 2 years. But if you are looking for fresh, non-frozen, October is the sweet spot to contact us.
As with most farming, there are good years and not as good years. When the growing season is favorable we capture around 500 lbs. of unshelled pecans. 2025 was not one of those favorable years, but the proper steps are setting up the things we can control, and the weather takes care of the rest.
